Devin Rapp

Devin Rapp is a Ph.D. Candidate in the David Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah. Devin's research focuses on mental health at work, including burnout, stigma, boundary theory, and identification. He primarily utilizes qualitative methods that allow immersion into important contexts and occupations, such as healthcare workers during the pandemic, farmers navigating mental health stigma and mental illness, and neurodivergent workers transitioning into the workplace. 

His research on burnout in healthcare workers during the COVID-19 pandemic was published in the Journal of Applied Psychology and was selected for the 2022 Honor Roll for Responsible Research for Business and Management.
